5 Minute Drill
The simplest of drills. Pick a spot, set a timer for 5 minutes, and count your makes.
Focus on utilizing your form, keeping a shot line, using your legs, and following through until the ball goes through the net. Nik Stauskas, Big 10 Player of the Year, and NBA Shooting Guard demonstrates the drill and sets the Michigan Wolverines record.
Set a timer for 60 seconds. Flip the ball out, and square up, or utilize a hot step to square your body. Focus on utilizing your legs, keeping your shot line straight, and following through. Perform the drill 2x, and keep track of your makes.
