This is a very intense scoring workout that will take some time, and access to a full court with both baskets. There are multiple elements involved in the 100 Trips Workout. First, we are making 100 full-length trips down the court, and back. One trip down = 1; one trip back = 1 for a grand total of 2 trips.

As this grueling workout concludes, you would have made 100 trips, attempted 100 game-speed shots and had tracked your makes. This is a workout you can do 1x a month or 2x a month tops. This is a very demanding workout and will challenge your conditioning.
This workout is not timed, the focus is quality reps versus finishing the workout as quickly as possible.
