10,000 Makes Challenge
The 10,000 Makes Challenge is a 10-week challenge open to the public consisting of 5 workouts a week with 200 made shot requirements. Every week, the athletes should make 1,000 shots, and get two days of rest.
Upon completion of the 10,000 Makes Challenge, every athlete gets a 10K Makes Club T-Shirt, and vast improvement in their ability to shoot the ball, and score at the rim. |
