10,000 Makes Challenge
The 10K Makes Challenge is an skill development program to help athletes follow a program to make game-speed shots, get comfortable scoring the basketball, and learning how to train properly.
Surveying 121 athletes between the Middle School to College levels, most athletes do not follow a program, or they don't know where to look for a program. Athletes do drills they see on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube but don't follow a program. The 10K Makes Challenge is a challenge and program; all in one.
When you sign up for the program, you will be directed to a page to download the PDF version of the 10K Makes Challenge. The sign up form helps me determine who signed up for the challenge, and how I could provide ongoing support.
