Rising Stars Basketball 2023 Registration

Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls;
We are preparing for another great summer of basketball. Membership Registration is now open. We are looking at having another great summer of basketball, and we will stick with the Just-A-Game Fieldhouse Tournament Series as they are 100% consistent with their schedule, and we have never had any issues with cancellations (we did get bumped 1x last year).

What is Rising Stars Basketball Club?

The Player-Centered Skill Development Program for Everyone

What does that mean?

It means that the player comes first in our program. The player comes before the coaches, the player comes before the program. The player is front and center with skill development sessions, immediately followed by team practices, and then our 4 tournaments. Refer to the tournament schedule on the 2023 Schedule Page.

*Must attend all camps, all team practices, all tournament games, and 10 Super Saturdays - and - perform at an acceptable level, per the coaches discretion

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way with Rising Stars Basketball, its related events and activities, I acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that:

1. The risk of injury from the activities involved in this program is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while particular skills, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist; and,

2. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the releasees or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and

3. I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If, however, I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself
from participation and bring such to the attention immediately; and,

4. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Rising Stars Basketball, their officers, volunteers and other participants and premises used for the activity, with respect to any and all injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to personal property.

I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
