Rising Stars Athletes Participate in the WSN Spring Showcase

Fond du Lac Wis - On April 10th, 2022, Lac Courte Oreilles Migiziwag athletes James Wilson and Jesse Hanlon participated in the WisSports Spring Showcase in Fond du Lac Wisconsin.  

The event brought out 500 athletes for all over the state of Wisconsin.  The event included college coaches, scouts, and sports writers from around the state to assess the upcoming 2022-2023 year in prep basketball.  

Jesse's team went 4-1 for the tournament, and James' team went 2-3 for the tournament.  This was a great opportunity for the athletes to assess their skills and get their names recognized for future opportunities. 

James and Jesse were awarded Indianhead All-Conference nominations.  James returns for his senior year with the Lac Courte Oreilles Migiziwag.   

The next Showcase is on June 20th, 2022 in Minnetonka Minnesota for incoming 9th through 12th grade athletes around Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan and Iowa.
