Basketball in Hayward Wisconsin

Basketball in Hayward Wisconsin

Picture
Northern Wisconsin has very few opportunities to participate in a high-level development program.
The vast majority of athletes are looking for a way to improve their game without the long-term expensive time-sucking commitments of year-round travel, lodging, missing spring, winter or fall sports.

Rising Stars Basketball in Hayward Wisconsin is a great option for athletes that are on either end of the spectrum.

That spectrum looks like the following:
  • Elite-Level College-Bound Athlete:  Plays year-round in AAU circuit-style tournaments, completes intense daily workouts to ensure they're competitive and keep their post on their AAU team, as well as attending weekly team practices.  These athletes are looking to be All-State, All-Region, and procure Division I or Division II scholarship opportunities.
  • High-Level Performer:  Plays in a competitive summer circuit and attends showcases, expos, or elite camps - and plays year-round in a recreational manner, completes daily workouts, puts up shots, and scrimmages in open gym or at recreation centers.  These athletes are looking to be All-City, All-Conference, and procure Division II scholarship opportunities or NAIA Division I scholarship opportunities.
  • High-Impact Performer:  Plays year-round in recreational capacities, whether through 3-on-3 events, spring leagues, open gyms, and at recreation centers.  This athlete also completes daily low-intensity workouts focused on using cones and making stand-still shots.  These athletes are likely seeking to make an All-Conference team, be the team's leading scorer, or secure a starting position and be a high-impact player in the conference and on the team.
  • Role Player:  Plays a few times a week in a recreational capacity, completes a couple of workouts a week, gets some shots up when they find time, and are looking to secure a position in the team's rotation on the varsity level, or play a bigger role.

Rising Stars Basketball in Hayward Wisconsin has something for everyone.  Part of our annual programming and annual membership include competitive summer play with our AAU tournament circuit, the Prep Girls Hoops, Prep Hoops, WSN Basketball Show, and Elite Camps sponsored by colleges, and private training sessions.

Additional considerations include our 4 annual skills camps that run 4-hours in length and include a very intense set and subset of workouts and competitive drills.  Also, let's not forget about Super Saturday, which is our 2-hour weekly Saturday session focused on developing the fundamentals of the game, and advancing into more challenging individual offensive skill enhancement drills.
